The Croatian Home in Petrinja, built in 1951 according to the design of A. Freudenreich, is located within the city’s cultural and historical heritage area. It is a detached public building featuring an open atrium and a large hall with approximately 500 seating places. The comprehensive renovation of the building following the 2020 earthquake involves the reinforcement of the building’s load-bearing structure, as well as the adaptation of spaces and installations, with the aim of meeting contemporary needs for operation and functioning as the cultural center of the Croatian Home.
