Reconstruction and Expansion of a Commercial Building

The existing office building, with office and production spaces, has been extended to include a storage area on the ground floor and a data center on the upper floor. A lower volume of auxiliary spaces and a standalone gatehouse have been added along the northern facade. The extension visually unifies the building into a compact, high-tech volume. Due to high technological and energy demands, a transformer station and external cooling units are located at the rear of the site, while a photovoltaic power plant is planned for the roof.
