The Faculty of Agriculture complex at the University of Zagreb is situated within the protected area of Maksimir Park. The comprehensive renovation focuses on Pavilions I–III, constructed in the 1930s. Designed according to the technical and construction standards of that era, without seismic regulations, the pavilions sustained minor damage during the 2020 earthquakes. The ongoing renovation includes strengthening the load-bearing structure, replacing installations, and fully adapting the interiors to meet the requirements of modern scientific, educational, and administrative functions.
