Commercial Building Project

The commercial building is located within the protected landscape zone of the Kupa River and defines the southern edge of the entire business area. It consists of a “floating” volume housing office spaces and a service hall. Between the office wing and the hall are meeting rooms that offer visual connectivity to the building’s industrial core. Shading fins, finished in tones inspired by the surrounding landscape, shimmer like the impressionistic surface of a river, while lacquered brushed concrete reflects the subtle hues of the immediate environment.
